This site is dedicated to letting you know why and what’s the latest buzz impacting our little lakeside community. We all want to protect our property value and at the same time live in harmony with each other…thus the need for rules and annual dues for upkeep and betterment of our neighborhood. This is not a voluntary membership. As you’ve moved or are moving into the neighborhood, your closing files should contain HCHA information.

Spring Yardsale 2022
Our community yard sale for this spring will be held on April 23rd. In case of rain, we will have a backup date of April 30th. HOA will get advertisement and signs out as usual. Great time to clear out the old!
